There was a time when guests only expected beer, wine and basic mixed drinks, now cocktails have become an integral part of all events. At BarChef we take this much further, integrating our cocktail selections with the theme, season and/or style of each event, creating a memorable and immersive imbibing experience.

BAR DECOR

  • SPRING & SUMMER BLOSSOMS

    Bright colours and textures of fresh moss, vibrant greens, floral blossoms, seasonal fruits, herbs, wood and stone elements. Guests are visually introduced to an immersive vibrant display balanced with aromatics of cedar, lilac and red grapefruit.

  • APOTHECARY

    Essence of an antique attic and Parisian parfumerie. Etched crystal decanters, wax sealed bottles, absinthe fountains, candles and perfume bottles for aromatic garnishing line the bar; aromatically highlighted with antique leather, toasted amber, tobacco and cacao.

  • ONTARIO FOREST

    Fresh vibrant cedar, juniper and pine greens on a bed of fresh moss. Accented with visuals of fresh mushrooms, logs, branches, pinecones, and stones and aromatically highlighted with cedar.

  • ART DECO

    The classic golden era of cocktail culture. Accents of gold, bronze and silver with decorative punch bowls, absinthe fountains, jewelry boxes, coupe glasses, fresh herbs, and bright orange blossom aromatics.

  • WINTER FOREST

    Confectionary dusted winter greens, white marble and stone, with aromatic mists of balsam fir, star anise, green cardamom, and maple. Winter tones accentuate crisp flavour profiles creating a truly immersive and visually engaging guest experience.

  • CUSTOM

    If our curated options don’t suit your event, let us customize a setup. We will design an experience to accentuate elements of your theme and cocktail menu, visually and texturally.

OMAKASE STATIONS

Guests are encouraged to create; we provide the ingredients and professionally trained mixologists, giving your guests the ability to customize cocktails to their tipple without worrying about mixing.

  • NEGRONI STATION

    A multi-sensory and immersive celebration of this iconic classic cocktail. Guests will be provided a selection of gin from traditional London Dry to our in-house strawberry and Ontario spruce tip. Vermouths will be procured from a variety of regions around the globe, along with exciting bitter components; heightened with a selection of fresh herbs, citrus, and fog garnish options.

    Our culinary approach will introduce your guests to unique Negroni variations, including Campari ice spheres, and Strawberry Negroni Bon-Bon encapsulations.

  • ABSINTHE STATION

    Invite the “Green Fairy” and celebrate with this mysterious spirit at your next event. Guests are encouraged to choose from our portfolio of Absinthes from around the world. Experience Absinthe with a traditional sugar cube or choose from a variety of sweetening components such as in-house produced mint, thyme, rosemary or chamomile syrup.

    Modernist reinterpretations of this exciting ingredient include our dragons’ breath Absinthe Meringues and spherified Absinthe canapés.

  • OLD FASHIONED STATION

    Treat your guests to a fully customizable Old Fashioned Cocktail Experience. A complete selection of spirit bases, sweetening components, accent liqueurs and our exclusive in-house produced bitter blends will be provided. Garnishes will vary from the traditional orange zest to modernist aromatic fogs of hickory, orange blossom, cedar, and grapefruit.

    Guests can customize their cocktails further with transformative ice components ranging from white chocolate to saffron to maple and Madeira.
